Janet started their career in 2005 at Ohara Corporation as a Sales Executive, where they worked for over 16 years until February 2022. In 2022, Janet joined Buyside (now PERCY), where they initially served as an Operations Manager from March to May. Janet then transitioned to Percy, a provider of data-driven consumer engagement solutions for real estate brokers and mortgage lenders. At Percy, Janet held the positions of Operations Manager from May to October and Operations Director from October 2022 to January 2023. Currently, Janet holds the role of VP, Operations at Percy starting in January 2023.
Janet Knilans completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at Pacific Oaks College from 1995 to 1997.
