Michael Kislev has worked in the software engineering industry since 2015. Michael began their career as a Software Developer at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Software Engineer at Ginger Gene LTD. From 2017 to 2019, they held two different roles at Spectory, working as a Full Stack Team Lead and a Full Stack Developer. During 2019, they also held two roles at Buywith, as an R&D Manager and a Senior Software Engineer. Lastly, they were a Full-stack Developer at Dynamic Yield during the same year.

Michael Kislev earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Materials Science and Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 2010 and 2015.
