Carina Filiali

Carina Filiali is an accomplished Head of Production at Buzz 16 since January 2022, where robust workflows and processes have been established across the London and Manchester offices. Carina leads a skilled production management team and manages various linear and digital productions from inception to delivery. Prior experience includes serving as Production Executive at IMG from February 2017 to January 2022, where a deep understanding of live outside broadcast and production management was developed. Carina has held several roles as Production Manager at Channel 5, Rize USA, September Films, and ITV, engaging in rights negotiations, budget management, and process implementation. Additionally, Carina has contributed as a Business Change Manager at ITV and Lime Pictures, focusing on operational efficiencies. Carina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business with Italian from Liverpool John Moores University.
