Joe Livaich

Joe Livaich is currently the Vice President of Planning and Preconstruction Services at Buzz Oates. In addition to their role at Buzz Oates, Joe is also the Principal of Livaich Community Engagement, LLC. Joe has extensive experience in Municipal Securities and Clean Energy, specializing in PACE finance program development and advocacy. Joe has held various positions in government affairs and program development at companies such as Renew Financial, Ygrene Energy Fund, and Octus Energy. Prior to their current roles, Joe worked in land planning and development at Mintier Harnish and Reynen & Bardis. Joe holds a Master of Science in Urban Land Development from California State University-Sacramento.
