Emily Tickell Assoc CIPD has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Emily began their career at Zoological Society of London (ZSL) as a Retail Salesperson. In 2016, they joined ASOS.com and worked as a Customer Care Team Leader and Customer Care Advisor - Social Media. In 2020, they moved to Floom, where they served as Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Team Lead. Later that year, they joined Houst as a Client Success Team Manager. Currently, they are employed at Buzzbike as a Rider Happiness Manager.
