Gopa Vijay is the current VP of People at BuzzBoard. They have previously worked as the Director HR at vSplash from October 2019 to October 2021, Head of Human Resources at Amelio Early Education from August 2018 to December 2018, and Associate Vice President Human Resources at Educational Initiatives from July 2016 to December 2016.

Gopa has extensive experience in heading all HR functions, including manpower planning, hiring, engagement, development, and retention strategy. They have also participated in strategic business planning to foster innovation and incorporating new HR initiatives. Additionally, they have defined HR metrics and guided the development of HR analytics.

At Educational Initiatives, Gopa was responsible for devising/revising policies with regard to work culture and ensuring the right connect with overall organizational philosophy and values. They also ensured the implementation and execution of succession planning, rewards programs, learning and development plan, and facilitated the overall HR budgeting process.
