Amy Kowalski

Amy Kowalski is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Buzzi Unicem USA since January 2013, previously holding the position of Director of Corporate HR. During tenure at Buzzi Unicem, responsibilities have included recruiting, performance management, and support for Regional HR Managers. Prior to this role, Kowalski worked at Mitsubishi Nuclear Energy Systems, Inc., where contributions included serving as the main contact for employee relations. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Human Resources Administrator at KidsPeace National Centers of PA, managing employee relations and various HR responsibilities. Amy Kowalski holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University and a Human Resources Certification from Moravian University.
