Michael Rieger

Michael Rieger has extensive experience in risk management and insurance, currently serving as the Director of Insurance at Buzzi Unicem USA since July 2016. Previously, Michael held the position of Divisional Risk Manager at Saint-Gobain where responsibilities included developing risk management strategies and supervising loss prevention programs. Michael's career also includes a significant tenure at Buzzi Unicem USA, where oversight of property and casualty insurance programs for U.S. operations was a key focus. Earlier roles include Claims Manager at CNA Insurance, Senior Claims Representative roles at Progressive Insurance Company and Nationwide Insurance, and a Senior Claims Representative in reinsurance at Cambridge Integrated Services. Michael holds a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
