Paola Marinone

Paola Marinone has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paola is the Founder and CEO of BuzzMyVideos, a premium service provider for brands and publishers on YouTube. Paola successfully drives strategy and operations using a data-driven approach with proprietary technology.

In addition, Paola has worked as a Startup Mentor at TechItalia and as a Blackbox Connect Ambassador at Blackbox Accelerator, LLC. Previously, they were a part of the EMEA YouTube Business Development Team Lead at Google, where they also served as a YouTube Account Strategist and an AdWords Account Strategist. Paola was responsible for leading business development, partner acquisition, and managing partner relationships, among other tasks.

Before their time at Google, Paola held roles such as Marketing, Fund Raising, and Communication Manager at Atlha Onlus, Project Manager at VITA Consulting, and Marketing and Communication trainee at Ideiateca. Paola also served as the LCP - Local Committee President at AIESEC Bocconi.

Paola Marinone attended Università Bocconi from 1997 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in Economia delle Amministrazioni Pubbliche e delle Istituzioni Internazionali with a focus on Public and International Institution Management. In 2001, they also briefly attended Universidade Católica Portuguesa, although the information about the degree and field of study for that period is not provided. Prior to their university education, Paola Marinone attended Sraffa from 1992 to 1997 and obtained their degree in 1997.
