Vitaly Zhelyapov

Vitaly Zhelyapov is a Russian entrepreneur and Co-Founder & CEO at Buzzoola. Vitaly has over a decade of experience in the media industry, having served as Technical Director and co-founder at Tvigle Media from 2007 to 2012.

At Tvigle, Vitaly was responsible for creating web projects from scratch and defining new directions for their development. Vitaly also selected and implemented key technological solutions and managed project teams, development, and platform operations.

Under Vitaly's leadership, Tvigle launched a video platform that became operational in 2007. The platform allowed for the creation of a partner network for broadcasting and video advertising. Currently, the platform is actively developed as a commercial video hosting service.

In addition, Vitaly launched the video portal tvigle.ru, which they successfully grew over four years. Vitaly also oversaw the integration of the site with social networks and the implementation of video advertising through AdRiver and Adfox. Vitaly was also responsible for developing mobile and connected-TV platforms.

In 2012, Vitaly launched a new paid video service with new seasons of popular Hollywood TV series on Tvigle.ru and in the Tvigle partner network. Vitaly also created several video products in niche markets, such as the Tvigle Movie Theater project for web, iOS, Android, and web-TV.

As Executive Director (in parallel), Vitaly participated in preparing the company for attracting new investors, developing business plans, and setting company strategy.

Vitaly Zhelyapov received their diploma in engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Vitaly specialized in communication systems, radioelectronic systems, and devices. Vitaly also studied at the Lyceum No. 2, where they focused on physics and mathematics.
