Stephen B.

Stephen B. has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a HIT Board Member Trustee at HIT Scotland since September 2023. From May 2018 to the present, Stephen B. has held multiple roles at Buzzworks Holdings, including New Openings & Projects Operations Manager and East Coast Operations Manager. Previous positions include Operations Manager at G1 Group from January 2017 to May 2018, and General Manager at Jamie's Italian from January 2016 to January 2017. Stephen B. also served in various managerial capacities at Jamie's Italian from January 2012 to January 2016, and held the position of Host Manager at Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group for a short period in 2011. Early career experience includes a role as Bar Manager at Piersland House Hotel in 2009. Stephen B. has a Higher National Certificate in Hospitality Management obtained from Glasgow Met College in 2010, alongside education at Marr College.
