Lucy Watts serves as the Managing Director at BVA BDRC, where responsibilities include leading the Financial Services and B2B divisions and overseeing the newly established qualitative practice. With extensive experience at HSBC spanning from 2005 to 2022, Lucy held various senior roles including Global Head of Insight, focusing on strategic research that enhanced customer experience across multiple business sectors. Additionally, Lucy contributed to gender diversity initiatives as Co-Head of Marketing & Communications for HSBC Balance. Prior experience also includes a position as Senior Research Executive at GfK Boutique Research. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of Bath.
