Richard Stevenson has extensive experience in the field of customer experience (CX) and commercial leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director and Board Member at BVA BDRC since July 2014, Richard has been instrumental in expanding the company's CX capabilities across Europe, leading the commercial team, and advising clients on various CX research methodologies. Prior roles include Commercial Director at House of Brand Research and Director positions at TNS Australia, Ipsos ASI, and TNS, among others. Richard's career began at DBM Consultants as a Consultant. Richard holds a BA and BBus from Monash University, with studies in Philosophy, Economics, Sociology, and Banking and Finance.
