Darien Kindlund

Darien Kindlund is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in cybersecurity, data exploration, and threat intelligence. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology and a founding team member at Fletch since April 2019, Darien focuses on transforming data usability in cybersecurity. Additionally, Darien provides strategic advisory services for BVA, a venture capital firm specializing in cybersecurity investments. Previous roles include Vice President of Technology at Insight Engines, where Darien developed data exploration solutions, and Manager of Security Engineering at Amazon Web Services, responsible for innovative security solutions. With a solid foundation in threat research from FireEye, where Darien held various leadership roles, and a history of contributions to MITRE as Senior Information Security Engineer, Darien possesses a comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity landscape. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Cornell University.
