Hillary Cox is an accomplished General Manager at SAGE Dining Services, overseeing foodservice operations for 1,500 people since December 2018, with expertise in menu development, financial management of a $2 million budget, inventory management, and employee onboarding. Hillary has a strong background in the hospitality industry, having held various positions including Director of Dining Services at Chartwells School Dining Services K12 and Food Service Director at SAGE Dining Services. In addition to professional responsibilities, Hillary actively participates in BvB Dallas Tackling Alzheimer's, promoting awareness and community outreach for Alzheimer's research. Hillary holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Oklahoma State University, where involvement included serving as vice president for the Meeting Professionals International student club.
