Marina Grierson

Marina Morari Grierson is an experienced professional in international operations and business development. Currently serving as the International Operations Manager at BVIRAL since October 2021, Marina oversees daily operations including recruitment, training, and employee management for international teams, as well as translating company materials. Prior to BVIRAL, Marina worked as an International Business Development Executive at Pedersen & Partners from September 2017 to May 2020, contributing to one of the leading executive search firms globally. Additionally, Marina gained early experience as an Intern Research Analyst at The Leavitt Institute for International Development in July and August 2017. Marina holds a Human Resource Management Professional Program certificate from Utah Valley University, a Master's degree in European Law from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University Iasi in Romania, and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Alecu Russo State University of Balti.
