Fabiano Mattos

Fabiano Mattos is a seasoned Systems Analyst and technology leader with extensive experience at BNDES since March 2008, where roles include Advisor to the CEO and co-founder of BNDES Garagem, a Startup Accelerator Program. Fabiano played a key role in structuring and promoting the initiative, connecting startups with clients and investors, and fostering cultural transformation through mentoring programs. Additional expertise encompasses financial systems analysis, technical implementation of the Si4 Project, and database administration. Fabiano also serves as an advisor for BVM12 and Banco Maré, and holds leadership positions as President of the Rio de Janeiro Chapter of the Government Blockchain Association and as an associate member of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC). Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from COPPEAD UFRJ and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
