Elsa Pires

Elsa Pires is an accomplished professional in customer success management with extensive experience in the financial technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at BVNK since November 2023, Elsa previously held senior roles at Currencycloud from July 2014 to October 2023, including Senior Director of Customer Success and Head of Customer Success. Prior to that, Elsa was with FXall from June 2005 to January 2014, where responsibilities included managing key client relationships and overseeing client onboarding. Early in the career, Elsa worked as a Customer Support Analyst at EBS Dealing Resources from January 2002 to June 2005, providing technical support and training to FX traders. Elsa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Leeds, earned between 1997 and 2001.
