Georgi Geshev

Georgi Geshev is a seasoned technical cyber security expert currently employed at BVNK since October 2023, and also serving as a Security Infrastructure Engineer at TELUS International since July 2021. With a strong background in cloud security across GCP, AWS, and Azure, Georgi has expertise in managing XDR and EDR solutions, as well as various security tools including PRISMA for cloud security management. Previous roles include Business System Analyst - Security at Shawcor, where responsibilities encompassed identity and access management and security policy implementation, and Security Operations Support Specialist at Canada Life, focusing on risk assessment and O365 platform security. Georgi began the professional journey as an IT Service Desk Analyst at Great-West Life and accrued educational qualifications with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from The University of Winnipeg.
