Barry Wells is a highly experienced Pharma marketing specialist currently serving as the Marketing Director at BW Consulting since September 2025. With a robust background in marketing leadership, Barry has successfully directed global marketing strategies during tenure at Theramex, leading pre-launch and go-to-market efforts for a new osteoporosis therapy. Previously, Barry held key positions at Beckley Psytech, Lumanity, Astellas Pharma, and The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, focusing on areas such as business development, strategic planning, and market access across various therapeutic domains. Barry holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Canterbury, along with a Diploma of Business from the University of Auckland and a Leadership Journey diploma from INSEAD.
