Angela Fiedler

Angela Fiedler is an experienced HR Generalist with a comprehensive background in various administrative and leadership roles. Currently serving in the People Team at BW Integrated Systems since June 2014, Angela manages general HR functions, recruiting, and multi-site project administration while also overseeing global LMS systems and safety training. Previous experience includes serving as Secretary and past president at Fergus Falls Gymnastics Academy, where Angela developed policies, led fundraising efforts, and strategized for long-term growth. Additionally, Angela coordinated special events and managed retail operations at Herberger's for nearly two decades. Participation as a School Board Member in Fergus Falls Schools included roles on the Wellness Committee and Curriculum Review Committee. Angela Fiedler holds an Associate's Degree in Human Services from Minnesota State Community and Technical College and completed the Blandin Foundation Community Leadership Program.
