Chien Kuo Chen has extensive experience in electrical engineering and controls, currently serving as Electrical Controls Engineering Leader, Electrical Technologies Leader, and Electrical Engineering Leader at BW Integrated Systems since July 2015. Prior experience includes roles at Thomas Engineering Inc. as Manager of the Controls/Automation Group, and as Project Manager at Culligan International. Chen was also involved with the National Association of Asian American Professionals - Chicago Chapter, serving as a board member and previously as Chairmen of Professional Development. Earlier roles include Lead Electrical Engineer at Cozzini Inc. and Lead Project Electrical Controls Engineer at WES-TECH AUTOMATION and SOLUTIONS. Chen holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology and an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering Technologies from Purdue University.
