Shaji Shereef

Shaji Shereef has a strong background in IT and engineering automation. Shaji started their career in 1996 as a Senior Engineer at BWIR and worked there until 2006. In 2006, they joined BW Integrated Systems as the Director of Engineering Automation, a role they held until 2014. Shaji then transitioned to the position of Director-Global Business Systems, where they were responsible for monitoring and improving the capabilities of current business software, evaluating new software adoption, and ensuring scalability of existing systems.
