Ender Tan

Ender Tan has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Ender currently holds the position of Managing Director at BW Energy, a role they started in July 2022. Prior to this, Ender worked at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank for six years, from October 2016 to July 2022, as a Shipping/Offshore Finance Specialist.

Before joining ADIB, Ender had a long tenure at Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation. Starting in September 2007, they worked their way up from a Documentation Analyst in the Marine Division EAME to a Senior Portfolio Analyst and eventually a Senior Credit Analyst in the Global Power Finance Division EAME. Ender'sresponsibilities included providing professional representation to international customers, evaluating complex project models, analyzing financial statements, and negotiating terms and conditions.

In 2007, Ender briefly worked as a Logistics Operations Assistant at Debenhams. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Shipyard Manager at Atlantik Shipping from January 2005 to September 2005.

Overall, Ender Tan has acquired a range of skills and expertise in finance, project analysis, customer relations, and documentation management throughout their career.

Ender Tan pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering from 2000 to 2005 at Doğuş University. Ender then went on to complete a Master of Science (MSc) in Ship and Shipping Management from Solent University during 2005-2006. Ender'shigh school education was completed at Istek Ulugbey High School between 1993 and 2000.
