Yelaman Rakhymov

Yelaman Rakhymov has a diverse work experience spanning various engineering roles. Yelaman started their career as a Production Operator at KazTransOil in 2014. After that, they worked as a Rotating Equipment Engineer at North Caspian Operating Company N.V. for a brief period during an internship. Following this, Yelaman joined Wood as a Piping Engineer, where they were responsible for tasks such as preparing plot plans, reviewing process packages, and ensuring the clarity of P&ID. Yelaman also briefly worked as a Meet and Greet Administrator, organizing travel arrangements for expatriate personnel.

In 2021, Yelaman joined ISKER Group as a Junior Project Engineer before moving on to B&W Energy Services as a Field Engineer. In their current role, they are responsible for managing field activities, diagnosing construction or machinery problems, overseeing repairs and technical improvements, and supervising onsite crew. Yelaman is also involved in conducting research, implementing engineering designs, and ensuring the proper maintenance and safety of onsite equipment.

Yelaman Rakhymov completed the Production Field Operations program at APEC PetroTechnic from 2015 to 2018. After that, from 2018 to 2021, they attended Atyrau Oil and Gas University where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Design and Operation of Oil and Gas Pipelines and Oil and Gas Storage Facilities Onshore and Offshore.

In 2015, Yelaman also attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) for the Foundation program, and from 2011 to 2015, they studied at Polytechnic College, focusing on Transportation and Storage of Oil and Gas.

Furthermore, Yelaman completed their high school education at Linguistic School in 2011, earning a High School Diploma with a focus on Bilingual and Multilingual Education.

In terms of additional certifications, Yelaman obtained the AutoCAD 2D/3D certification from Nasibely in March 2018. Yelaman also participated in various courses and obtained certifications in 3D Modeling, Arduino, Piton, Solid works under the Bolashak Curriculum Course initiative in August 2017. Additionally, Yelaman has certifications related to knowledge in the field of safety and labor protection from APEC PetroTechnic.

Yelaman also participated in the project "I-seed, Innovation – social entrepreneurship and education," in partnership with the British Council and Chevron company in 2018, although the specific month is not mentioned.
