Jan-Pieter Grootendorst

Jan-Pieter Grootendorst is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and sales within the packaging and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Global Product Line Leader for Bag Filling & Palletizing at BW Flexible Systems since May 2016, Jan-Pieter has held multiple leadership roles, including Global Strategic Marketing and Innovation leader and Market Development Specialist. Prior to this, Jan-Pieter was the Sales Leader for EMEA and APAC at SYMACH BV from January 2019 to April 2022 and worked as an Interim International Marketing Manager focusing on marketing consulting projects from 2015 to 2016. An entrepreneurial venture was undertaken in 2015 to develop a new company, providing valuable insights into various aspects of business. Earlier career roles included positions in Brepols NV, where Jan-Pieter served as Marketing Manager, and Blue Line NV, where a transition from Account Manager to Sales Manager was made. Jan-Pieter holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, earned between 1988 and 1995.
