Jim Kolmus

Jim Kolmus is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in innovation, product development, and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Global Innovation at BW Flexible Systems, Jim has successfully implemented Agile methodologies within the New Product Development team. Prior experience includes leadership roles at GE Energy, where Jim managed over $20 million in projects and drove Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gannon University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
