Erika Y.

Erika Y. has extensive work experience in various roles within finance and project management. Erika is currently working at BW Group as Head of Finance Europe, where they oversee financial operations for the company. Prior to this, they held the position of Financial Controller at BW Group.

From 2010 to 2022, Erika worked at Inocean, where they started as a Financial Controller and Accounting Manager. Their responsibilities included participating in the quotation process, planning, economic follow-up, analysis and reporting of projects, and business controlling. Erika also worked as a Senior Project Planner and Controller, managing various projects related to FPSOs, drilling units, semi-rigs, and LNGs.

Before joining Inocean, Erika worked at Kongsberg Automotive as a Project Manager and Assistant Sourcing Director. Their role involved supporting the Asia purchasing director and logistic manager, supplier management, and purchasing strategy. Erika also gained experience in project management and aftermarket service management.

Earlier in their career, Erika worked at Siemens Oil&Gas Offshore as a Project Planner and at Poly Technologies Inc. as a Shipping and Logistics Manager, responsible for logistic and shipping issues of all export contracts.

Erika Y. holds a Master of Science with Distinction in Financial Management from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. Erika also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from BI Norwegian Business School and a BBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Massey University. In addition, they have a certification in Primavera P6 from Oracle.
