Soon Kiat Tan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and investment banking. Currently serving as Manager of Corporate Finance at BW Group since November 2021, Soon Kiat previously held roles as an Investment Banking Senior Associate at CEL Impetus Corporate Finance Pte Ltd and as an Investment Banking Associate at UOB Kay Hian. In addition to these roles, Soon Kiat co-founded BagSage, an e-commerce bag business. Early career experiences include internships at Titan Capital, PwC Singapore, Broadcom, and Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd. Soon Kiat holds Bachelor's Degrees in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and National Sun Yat-Sen University. Educational background includes studies at National Junior College and Anderson Secondary School.
