Stéphane Toumit

Stéphane Toumit has extensive experience in the engineering field, particularly in the offshore industry. Stéphane is currently the Engineering Director at BW Ideol, a leading company in floating offshore wind technology. Prior to this role, they worked at Principia as the Riser & Cables Group Manager and later as the Engineering Project Manager. Stéphane also had a brief stint at Subsea7 as a Lead Design Engineer. Earlier in their career, they worked at Principia as a Subsea Project Engineer and at Technip as a Flexible Pipe Design Engineer. Throughout their career, Toumit has been involved in various aspects of engineering projects, including design, analysis, and project execution.

Stéphane TOUMIT earned a Master of Engineering - MEng degree in Hydrodynamics and Naval Engineering from Centrale Nantes in 1999-2000. Stéphane also holds a BSc in Shipbuilding from the University of Liège in the same period. In 1998-1999, they obtained an MSc degree in Fluid Dynamics from Aix-Marseille University. Furthermore, in 1996-1999, they completed a Master of Engineering - MEng degree in Structural Mechanics from Centrale Méditerranée.
