Prodyut Banerjee has over 15 years of experience in the maritime industry. Prodyut began their career in 2002 at IMT (an ExxonMobil subsidiary) as a Marine Services employee, and later became an Owner Co-ordinator at IMT - ExxonMobil in 2003. In 2005, they joined BW Maritime Pte Ltd as a Senior Manager in Operations, and held this position until 2011. From 2010 to 2011, Prodyut also served as the Head of department for Operations at BW Maritime Pte Ltd. In 2012, they were promoted to General Manager of Global Operations at BW Maritime Pte Ltd. Prodyut then joined BW LPG in 2014 as the Head of LPG Operations, and later became the Vice President of Operations in 2016.
Prodyut Banerjee attended St. Patricks School from 1973 to 1980. However, no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this time period. Later, in 2007, they pursued an MBA in Business Studies at the National University of Singapore, completing it in 2008.
