Dominic Chua

Dominic Chua is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the offshore and construction industries. Currently serving as Project Services Manager and Lead Estimator at BW Offshore since June 2014, Dominic excels in delivering tenders, FEED, and EPCI projects on time and within budget by leading cross-functional teams and implementing advanced project management tools. Previous roles include Project Control Engineer for the $2 billion Leviathan FPSO at BW Offshore and Lead Cost Controller for significant projects at Technip, including the $6 billion Koniambo Nickel Plant and the EUR 550 million NExBTL Biodiesel Plant. Early career experience also includes serving as Cost Engineer for Prosafe Production Pte Ltd, contributing to projects such as the $350 million Azurite FDPSO. Dominic Chua holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (Quantity Surveying) from the University of Technology Sydney.
