Johan Petter Haffner

Johan Petter Haffner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and organizational development within the offshore industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager Organisation Development at BW Offshore since September 2011, Haffner leads the HR Organisation Development Department, focusing on effective capability planning and sustainable organizational structure. Previous roles at BW Offshore include Senior Manager Asset Engineering, where oversight of a global team of engineers was maintained, and Technical Authority for Instrument, Automation & Telecom. Haffner's prior experience includes key positions at FLEX LNG, Aibel, Aker Solutions, Teck Instrument, National Oilwell Varco, and INGENIØR IVAR PETTERSEN AS, covering a range of responsibilities in electrical, automation, and engineering management.
