Allen Chen

Allen Chen is an experienced project leader with a robust background in the engineering and equipment installation sectors. Currently serving as Project Leader at BW Papersystems since April 2015, Allen has demonstrated expertise in managing projects efficiently and safely. Prior to this role, Allen spent seven years at ZPMC as Regional Equipment Supervisor for South America, overseeing equipment installation, logistics, and after-sale services while ensuring high operational standards. Previous positions included Quality Engineer and Project Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed quality documentation, inspection coordination, and participation in welding quality inspection. Allen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai University.
