Joni Noel

Joni Noel currently serves as Co-Head of Global Healthcare & Life Sciences at ZRG Partners, LLC since February 2025. Prior to this role, Joni held multiple senior vice president positions at RGP from June 2015 to February 2025, focusing on healthcare and private equity, as well as leading the Central South and Latin America region. Joni's earlier experience includes serving as Corporate Controller at Voice Communications, Inc. from January 1995 to May 1999, where responsibilities included financial closing and budgeting support for the CEO. Joni began a professional career at Deloitte from September 1985 to October 1993 as Manager and Director of Client Service. Joni holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Denver.
