Ashish Sharma

Ashish Sharma is an experienced electrical engineering leader with a career spanning over two decades in the design and development of advanced machinery. Currently serving as the Electrical Engineering Leader at BW Papersystems since January 2019, Ashish leads a team focused on innovative finishing equipment and manages various project plans and specifications. From November 2021 to June 2024, Ashish held a similar position at Accraply Canada, ensuring machine safety and overseeing electrical design for packaging machinery. Prior roles include Engineering Specialist and Project Leader at Barry-Wehmiller International, where initiatives in advanced corrugated finishing equipment were led. Ashish has also worked as an Instrumentation Engineer at Videocon Industries Ltd and held various engineering positions in maintenance and control systems across multiple manufacturing companies. Ashish holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University.
