Dane Masters has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dane started their career at Urban Outfitters in 2007, where they worked as a Manager for nearly six years. In 2013, they joined Moosejaw Mountaineering as a Visual Director and Multi-Channel Visual Merchandise Manager and later transitioned to the role of Product Development Manager for Private Label. Dane worked at Moosejaw Mountaineering for a total of eight years until 2021. In 2022, Dane pursued freelance consulting in consumer dynamics and branding. Currently, they are the Creative Director of Digital Content at BW Retail Solutions, a position they have held since 2023.
Dane Masters attended Michigan State University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising.
