Jennifer Garcia has a diverse background in customer service and management, with extensive experience in the retail and RV industries. Currently serving as a Benefits Administrator at B&W Trailer Hitches since September 2021, Jennifer previously held various roles at Fun Town RV from April 2017 to March 2021, including Warranty Administrator, where responsibilities included managing warranty submissions and manufacturer follow-ups. Prior experience includes serving as Store Manager at Family Christian from February 2010 to April 2017, where Jennifer excelled in customer care, merchandising, and team building, earning multiple awards for outstanding service. Jennifer's retail career began at RadioShack, where positions included Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Sales Associate from April 2003 to January 2010.
