Brian Cavataio

Brian Cavataio has worked in various roles throughout their career. In 1999, they began their career as a Bioenvironmental Engineer for the United States Air Force. In 2011, they founded BWC Executive Group, LLC, a high-end retained search firm delivering extraordinary leadership talent in manufacturing. In 2015, they joined TVH as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Training & Development, where they were responsible for all of the talent acquisition, training & development for all of North and South America. In 2017, they joined the Kansas Workforce Partnership as a Board of Director Member - Executive Committee, where they worked to build a workforce development system that meets the needs of both job seekers and employers throughout the Kansas City area.

Brian Cavataio holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago and an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Ottawa University.
