Josue Castro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management and public policy. Currently a Senior Strategy Manager at BWD Strategic, Josue focuses on enhancing operational resilience for businesses by identifying climate, nature, and geopolitical risks. Previously, at the Greater Cities Commission, Josue served as Director of the Office of the CEO, providing strategic advice and leading key projects, including the development of the Westmead Public Domain Strategy. Josue's policy expertise was further developed at NSW Treasury as Chief of Staff, leading the creation of the NSW Government's 24-hour Economy Strategy. With a background in international relations and security gained during tenure at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Josue holds an MBA in International Business Administration from Deakin University and a BA in Politics and International Relations from UNSW.
