In 2014, Simone attended Texarkana College, where they obtained a Certificate Course in Cisco Networking Academy with a special focus on becoming a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). Simone successfully completed this course in 2015.

Building upon their expertise, Simone pursued further education at Texas A&M University-Texarkana. Simone enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with a specialization in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Simone attended the university from 2016 to 2018, successfully earning their MBA degree.

Simone's commitment to continued learning led their to the Harvard Extension School. From 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Web Technologies Certificate, further enhancing their knowledge in this field.
