Franck Roussel

Franck Roussel is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of International Operations at BWI Group since May 2023, overseeing operations in North America and Europe for a company generating $800 million in revenue and employing 3,500 individuals. Previously, Franck held various leadership roles at GKN Automotive from October 2021 to May 2023, including President North America and Vice President Operations, managing global operations for Powertrain and eDrive with $1.5 billion in revenue and 4,000 employees across seven countries. Franck's career began at Autoliv, where from September 1994 to October 2021, significant roles included Vice President Global Operations for Steering Wheels, leading a $1.6 billion operation across ten countries and 26,000 employees. Earlier experience includes managerial positions at Sicli Matériel-Incendie S.A. and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from ISAE-Supméca in Paris.
