BWS Inspection is built off personal aspect. With having the president; Blake Reed, an inspector by trade since 2006 he had a vision to start an inspection company to give back to the inspection staff in the field. Blake's dream is to bring the inspection rates back to the level which is very much appreciative to the working individual. Blake is very personable and instills the vision in the company. BWS treats every employee with the utmost respect and works for the very inspector who rides for the brand. BWS treats every employee as a name and not a number. Greets each one with the southern hospitality. Blake makes it a goal to make sure everyone feels at home and is a part of growing this business. Without each inspector taking a leap of faith and giving BWS the opportunity to not only represent the inspector but the staff for the respected company, Blake claims it cannot be done without the men and women being professional and doing what they do, inspect. Without each and everyone this business is only as good as the next employee. You will find Blake in the field visiting and getting to know the inspectors who wear the brand. BWS is a team with the inspection staff, customizes the payroll to benefit each inspector, provides the tools to make each employee feel and look presentable. Blake is about giving and building. Have you know, BWS cannot build this company alone, it takes us all. BWS pays weekly, direct deposit, split checks, offers insurance for not only health but life, dental and vision. Provides perks and gifts to the inspection staff as perks.
