With having the president; Blake Reed, an inspector by trade since 2006 he had a vision to start an inspection company to give back to the inspection staff in the field. Blake's dream is to bring the inspection rates back to the level which is very much appreciative to the working individual. Blake is very personable and instills the vision in the company. BWS is a team with the inspection staff, customizes the payroll to benefit each inspector, provides the tools to make each employee feel and look presentable. Blake is about giving and building.
