Ben Grimmett is an experienced engineer and manager in the field of welding and manufacturing operations, currently serving as Unit Manager - Welding Support Engineering at BWX Technologies, Inc. since July 2016. Grimmett's extensive background includes managing welding operations, developing strategies for equipment maintenance, and overseeing complex projects across multiple roles, including Unit Manager positions at BWX and AREVA N.P.
