Darcey Bolin

Darcey Bolin, EVMP, EVMO, currently serves as the VP of Construction at BWXT, with a robust background in project management and operational leadership. Previously, Darcey held the position of Managing Director at Dynamic Controls Limited, overseeing strategic and operational facets of manufacturing high-integrity valves for prestigious clients, including military and nuclear sectors. Experience also includes senior roles in program management at N3B and the Waste Isolation Plant, driving productivity and innovation through strong team leadership. Darcey contributed significantly as Chief of Staff for the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Environmental Management, managing a substantial cleanup project across multiple states. Additional expertise encompasses program controls management in various capacities at CH2M and other companies, with a focus on project controls systems implementation and strategic project execution. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Project Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus and coursework in Construction Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
