Lauren Anderson, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in strategic HR management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at BWX Technologies, Inc. since June 2020, Lauren provides essential support to corporate divisions and specializes in workforce planning and staffing within the Nuclear Operations Group-Lynchburg.
