Jill is also the Founder and Chief Strategist at The Hamilton Way, specializing in strategic initiatives in branding, communications, marketing, employee experience, and organizational development. With a background in running change management projects at Accenture, Jill holds a BA in Communications from SUNY Geneseo and an MA in Organizational Communications from Northern Illinois University.
