Mark Greco has held various roles throughout their career. Mark is currently the Vice President of IT Infrastructure Services at Boston Properties since September 2018. Prior to this, they were the Director of Information Technology at Sonesta Hotels from March 2016 to May 2018. From 2012 to 2016, they served as the Director of Information Technology at Northeastern University College of Professional Studies, where they led a team and ensured technology initiatives aligned with the College's goals. Before that, they held the position of Director of Information Technology at Lois Paul & Partners from 2006 to 2012, overseeing strategic planning, budgeting, and implementation. In 2006, they briefly worked as the Director of Information Technology at Burns & Levinson LLP. Their career also includes a long tenure at Perkins, Smith & Cohen, where they served as the Director of Information Technology from 1997 to 2005 and as an Assistant Systems Administrator from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, Mark Greco founded Greco Technology in 2000, providing strategic technology planning and consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses. Mark specializes in archaeological, anthropological, and historical database design.
Mark Greco earned their PhD in Classical Archaeology (ABD) from Boston University between 1994 and 1999. Prior to that, they obtained their MA in Archaeological Science from the same university from 1991 to 1994. Mark completed their undergraduate education at Emory University, where they received a BA in History/Classical Civilization from 1987 to 1991. Their high school education took place at Phillips Exeter Academy from 1983 to 1987.
