Sean Donovan

Sean Donovan is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Security Manager at Northeast Security Inc. since January 2023, Sean oversees alarm monitoring operations and incident notification for the BXP Portfolio, while managing staffing, hiring, and training across multiple security functions. Prior to this role, Sean spent nearly 11 years at Allied Universal as a Control Center Account Manager, where responsibilities included the administration of a 24-hour control center and overseeing a team of employees. Sean's background also includes military service in the United States Army as a Sergeant, during which training in Military Police and participation in Operation Iraqi Freedom contributed to a solid foundation in security operations.
